I like your post a lot and I think that mind-set can be applied to other aspects of life beyond writing too. Very well-articulated. As a reader, I certainly sense when someone is ultra passionate about the subject they are writing about, and it always lends to a more personalized voice to the narrative from my experience. As a writer, that's precisely why I write about my chosen specific niche topic too and I'd like to think it gives my writing a personalized touch too in a very crowded market where there are many high-quality writers across many platforms that cover the same general topic from assorted perspectives.

Thanks for your comment and for checking out my post! That's absolutely true - remembering your passion for what you're doing, whether it's writing, a sport, a hobby, or a career, can make what you do more rewarding and can result in making you even more committed. Picking a niche topic is really helpful in this regard, as I see you've done :) I actually wrote a post just a couple of weeks back about how choosing a niche is important even though it can result in a feeling of "FOMO." Thanks again for your input. :)

Good reminder. I think this is true regardless of the career choice. Oh and audiences (customers?) can sense it and value the passion as well.

Yes! Your passion for your work shows and bleeds into what you do. How you talk about your work matters, whether it’s writing or not. ☺️
